Thomas Kutcher, B.S.

I'm an Electrical and Computer Engineering PhD student at Rice University and a recipient of the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. I received a B.S. in Bioengineering at Rice University with a Distinction in Research and Creative Works for my work in neural engineering and assistive devices. For my PhD research I hope to improve the treatment of psychiatric disorders and therefore the lives of patients.
