Raphael Bechtold, M.S.

Ph.D. Student

Raphael earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He is passionate about advancing the field of neuromodulation, particularly as a treatment for psychiatric disorders. His current research focuses on quantifying the effects of neuromodulation on approach-avoidance behavior and identifying key neural biomarkers underlying these behaviors.
